Drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 1997, he played for teams like the New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars, showcasing his skill and leadership on the field. His professional background and passion for coaching make him an ideal fit to guide the Oilers.
Hatchette is focused on building a program rooted in discipline, teamwork, and excellence. His coaching philosophy emphasizes player development both on and off the field.
